No craies except at naval jetty on right bank. Adequate labour on peacetime contract basis. Lighter age 5000 T/D(3) day turn round 27 miles anchorage Bangkok. Little damage to roads and rlys.

Transit sheds. 75 per cent serviceable at ocean berths. This adequate present purposes. Present capacity estimated total 180000 tons.

Quays unobstructed capacity 17 vessels totalling 140000 tons. 14 cranes and 2 floating cranes available. Water boat capacity 50 to 60 T/D. Shore water connections in order but no pressure on mains. Adequate tugs barges and lighters.
